More than 1,400 residents and 660 apartments in Harlem will receive comprehensive repairs and upgrades.
We are serving as the architect of record in partnership with the development team: Genesis Companies, Lemor Development Group, Monadnock Construction, and VPH Management Services LLC. Over 1,400 residents and more than 660 apartments at Frederick Samuel Apartments in Manhattan, will receive comprehensive repairs and upgrades.
The planning process will take approximately 12 to 18 months, and renovations are expected to begin in early 2023. In 2023, VPH Management Services LLC will also take over from NYCHA as the property manager for the development. However, residents will remain a NYCHA resident, as NYCHA will continue to own the land and buildings, determine rent, and monitor the performance of all PACT partners.
