Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who brings visual clarity, a strong design sensibility, and a thoughtful approach to storytelling. This role will help translate our work into clear, engaging materials that communicate both design intent and the lived experiences of the communities we serve.

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director and the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, including proposal preparation, marketing materials, and project documentation. This role offers exposure to the full proposal and pursuit process and works closely with project teams to help communicate the firm’s work clearly and thoughtfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and qualification packages for public and private sector opportunities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining marketing collateral, including project sheets, presentations, and firm portfolios.
• Support business development efforts by researching opportunities and helping maintain proposal calendars and deadlines.
• Maintain and update the firm’s project database and documentation, marketing library, and digital assets.
• Assist with website updates, social media content, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with principals and project teams to gather project information, images, and narratives for marketing materials.
• Assist with photography efforts, including supporting project shoots, documenting construction progress in the field, contributing to final project photography, and occasionally taking headshots and office lifestyle shots.
• Help ensure consistency across branding and marketing materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in AEC marketing or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an interest in translating technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Strong graphic design sensibility, with the ability to create clear diagrams and visual materials; familiarity with 3D modeling is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for proposal development and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a team environment.

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule: Tuesday – Thursday in-office; Monday & Friday remote.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Competitive salary ($95K–$120K) based on experience.
