Over 3,000 residents at Reid Apartments and Park Rock Consolidated will receive comprehensive apartment upgrades, enhancements to public areas, the creation of community green spaces, and the renovation of the Reid Senior Center.
We are thrilled to join BRP Companies, Urbane, Fairstead, and The Local Development Corporation of East New York (LDCENY) as the architect of record for the collective development, which comprises 1,700 apartments across 88 buildings in Brooklyn.
The Public-Private partnership ensures permanent affordability and resident protections while providing the over $300 million required for capital repairs and upgrades.
